Arcadians won the toss and put LCC in to bat in a 30 over match.
LCC were 99 all out in 29.4 overs.
After a difficult start, reaching 61-8 with only Gareth Wilson having reached double figures, Saad Nauman and Lawrence Foster put together a 9th wicket stand of 32 (Saad 21, Lawrence 13 NO) to help LCC to a defendable total of 99.
For the Arcadians, the bowling performance of note came from LCCs own Flavian Jiffry, lent to the opposition to the day, who bowled 2 overs of leg spin and ended with figures of 2 for 3 wickets, including a hat-trick.
Tight bowling by LCC meant that Arcadians were all out for 68 after 19.1 overs. Only Balvir Singh got into double figures, and in some style with the top score of the day of 31, including 2 sixes and 1 four. Balvirs innings was ended by an action of pure brilliance where Julien Guenne enacted a stupendous caught and bowled off a well struck ball that would otherwise have gone for six. Saad followed his batting performance with the best bowling figures of the LCC team of 23 for 3 wickets. Worth of note are 3 for 2 by Simon Smith, 6 for 2 by Julien and 18 for 2 by Gareth Wilson. The last wicket was taken by Florian Jiffry giving him a spell of 10 for 1.
